Shipping policy

All orders are packed and dispatched from our Sydney, Australia warehouse, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery is by Australia Post, Couriers Please and partner couriers, with tracking provided when your order ships.

Free standard shipping on every order, delivered in 4 to 8 business days. 

New Zealand

Free standard shipping, 7 to 10 business days. 

Please tell us your due date

We plan around your due date. To make sure your package arrives fresh, we time your delivery for around three weeks before your estimated due date. Order whenever suits you. We'll hold your order and send it at the right time.

Please reply to your order confirmation email with your estimated due date or scheduled birth date. That's how we schedule your delivery, and if your baby is due soon, let us know and we'll prioritise your order.

International (US & UK)

We ship to selected countries including the United States and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates and timing are quoted at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

We charge a flat rate, so shipping tends to be better value for larger orders.
