What’s Included in Each Day’s Meal Plan

The postpartum food delivery every day includes three balanced meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), plus nourishing additions to support overall wellness.

  • Herbal Soups: Traditional-style Chinese herbal soups, thoughtfully paired with each recovery phase. Prepared with warming confinement soup herbs and ingredients long used in Chinese diets to support postpartum balance.
  • Main Dish & Vegetables: A variety of protein dishes and seasonal vegetables, cooked with minimal oil and no artificial flavouring. Recipes are adapted from traditional postpartum cooking for modern tastes.
  • Tonic Congee or Mixed Grains: Easily digestible grains such as millet, barley or rice, gently prepared to support digestion and steady energy.
  • Postpartum Drinks: Warm herbal teas or tonics, made with natural ingredients and free from caffeine.

  • Stage 1: Release & Repair (清,催)

    The first days after birth are about gentle recovery. This stage focuses on clearing lochia, supporting uterine repair and encouraging milk flow. Warmth and nourishment help your body begin its path back to balance.

  • Stage 2: Regulate & Rebalance (调)

    As your body stabilises, the focus shifts to harmonising digestion and improving nutrient absorption. This stage helps replenish Qi and blood while restoring steady energy through balanced nourishment.

  • Stage 3: Rebuild & Revitalise (补,养)

    The final stage consolidates vitality for the long term. By nourishing the liver and kidneys, improving circulation and building reserves, this phase supports deeper renewal and lasting recovery.

Delivery & Preparation

Your meals are delivered fresh each day in the morning, directly to your doorstep. Saturday deliveries will include meals for both Saturday and Sunday to ensure you’re fully covered for the weekend.

Each meal in our confinement food delivery will be individually packed in food-grade and microwave-safe containers for your convenience. Simply reheat and enjoy, no prep needed.
