It’s quite the investment but your health is your wealth and I do believe these teas have played an important part in my recovery in these early postpartem days, I’m only up to day 12 but knowing that I’m nourishing my kidneys today makes me feel good that I’m looking after myself because my baby is relying on me. There is hair tonics and blood nourishing soups which I love because I did lose a fair bit of blood and then the lactation tea was an added bonus I believe I can’t say for sure but my supply has been amazing and everyone is shocked by how much I can pump and it could very well be because of this tea. Thanks again for offering such a beautiful product in a western medicine world.
I absolutely loved the 30-day confinement soup, tea, and herbal bath package from Golden Month! Every day was so easy to prepare, and I really appreciated that each soup came with recommended meats and a clear explanation of the purpose and benefits of the herbs. The soups and teas tasted surprisingly good too! not bitter or overpowering at all. which made it something I genuinely looked forward to each day. More importantly, I truly felt like the herbs were helping my body recover and heal throughout my postpartum journey. The herbal baths were also a wonderful addition and made me feel refreshed and cared for during confinement. On top of the quality, I think the package is very reasonably priced and offers excellent value for everything you receive. I honestly couldn’t recommend Golden Month enough. Lovely package and clear instruction. The taste of soup is better than I thought however some ingredients might not suit my body, it might be great if there is more option for the soup packs, i.e. I am more a hot base that cannot eat too much of some herbs. Overall, it was great and staff is responsive and friendly via email communication.
The soup package has been great with detailed instructions about ingredients and simple to follow instructions for preparing the soup. My husband has been preparing soup for me each day and we are very happy with the product. Would highly recommend for new moms.
Very easy to prepare in the pressure cooker and handy to have some warming soups during winter/late nights. Some packets were very herbal.

I loved the soups - they felt so nourishing and I truly believe they supported my post partum recovery. I found it hard to source some of the meat cuts but otherwise, everything was wonderful!
